The structure of the Elite system in no way resembles a pyramid, when taken out of context some would think so. The Elite cycles were designed to eliminate the binary system prevalent in most programs. It does not matter if you are an existing participant or a new participant, the potential to receive is the same for all. Below is a letter written by the founder of Elite Activity after the trial in Houston, TX.

Greetings Allies of Abundance:

I am honored to share a brief report of our first major step in Elite Activity's legal process. I ask you to set aside your doubts and fears for a few moments and give it a possibility that the entire process has been and is guided by our Creator.

In the near future you will have an opportunity to read a full account of the trial as published by the official court recorder. What you will see in the record is a bold attempt by evil forces, through the Harris County District Attorney's Office, to rob individuals of the right to worship almighty God, to acknowledge the existence of a supreme being, and to honor God's invitation to give, receive, and share the good news. You will see a Harris County District Attorney object to God so many times that he sustained his own objection. You will see a judge refuse to properly instruct a jury on law from the Texas constitution and follow by saying, "You got me on appeal." You will see that we fought a good honorable fight in a court which refused to acknowledge God, The United States Constitution, The Texas Constitution, or common decent guidelines that provide a fair trial. You will see a disgraceful use of our legal process played out in a courtroom pledged to protect and preserve the rights of individuals. You will see that we endured this experience with honor, dignity, respect, integrity, and pure intent, and we did it so no one else would have to. This is our honor!

Although I was convicted in this mock trial and given the maximum sentence allowed by law, this was the first step in our master plan to victory. This experience reminded me of a play titled "Guilty by Reason of Innocence," a story of a man who was wrongfully convicted. I am filled with gratitude for the experience and firmly committed to this noble cause. Today I am a free man confident that victory is ours. God through his boundless abundance directed a legal process so all Elite Activity participants can be free from government oppression to exercise their rights to systematically give, receive, and invite into a belief system. Isaiah 54:17 says, "No weapon formed against you will succeed, and you will refute any accusation raised against you in court. This is the heritage of the Lord's servants, and their righteousness is from me."

We want all of you to know that there is nothing to be confused or concerned about. When the need for an Elite Activity Attorney presented itself we asked God to send THE Attorney for the job and this prayer was answered. Mr. Henry W. Curtis Jr., sought us out when he heard the government was oppressing private individuals who chose to privately give and privately participate, in a private activity. Mr. Curtis saw the entire legal process in his minds eye before it ever started and every situation has worked out perfectly. We're not confused about our cause. We're not confused about our fight. We're not confused about our mission, our pure intent, or our commitment to bless our fellow man. We're excited, honored, passionate, and filled with gratitude for the privilege of being chosen for this role. God said in Luke 6:38 (New Living Translation) "If you give, you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full measure, pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, and running over. Whatever measure you use in giving - large or small - it will be used to measure what is given back to you."

With our victory assured we are now ready to move into the new Elite Activity, an activity which has moved beyond death's grasp for eternal progression. Elite Activity is now formally organized under a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Corporation.

Elite Activity now has the earth's first Interdenominational belief system on the internet!

Our belief system is open to all people from all walks of life. We invite the world to come and celebrate Gods word with us and learn the truth of how abundance works. Participants are free to openly give, receive, and invite. The activity continues without interruption. Participants can use real names or pseudo names. Gatherings can be open for all to enjoy. We are free to share our belief system with ALL like-minded people around the world. The support systems will be strengthened with additional empowerment calls and online courses. Personal improvement education systems are being added to support our mission.

We invite you to turn off the noise, stop chasing the bad news, stay away from the Nay-Sayers and listen to your heart. All the negative information is designed by the evil one to confuse you and prevent abundance from coming to you. God's word has always come under attack and he has decreed it so. You each have a choice...(1) Let the false reports keep you from living your dreams in Elite Activity, (2) Choose into truth, integrity, pure intent, blessing others as well as yourself, and join with us in this revolution!
