The State of Texas Judiciary System has since sent Mr.
Dockstader a statement apologizing for the biased treatment he
received during the trial.
From Harvey: The Appeal
What people need to know about the legal process is when
the court system accepts an appeal it wipes away the original
conviction until all due process has been exhausted. Legally I
have not been convicted because I am still in due process. The
14th circuit court issued an opinion on July 31,
2007, which addressed issues, brought up in briefs filed by
both sides. They did not review the entire case or the trial
in February 2006, which is the reason why we will win in the
end. The only way anyone ever gets to the Supreme Court is to
fail in the lower courts so the issue can go where it will do
the most good and have the greatest impact. My process is not over and won’t be until we go all
the way to the Supreme Court.
This is an issue about fundamental inalienable rights that
we all have to give and receive. Each individual must answer
the question for themselves. If you take a look at all the
chaos around my name and the activity and then ask the
question, "Why is there so much bad news about Harvey and
Elite Activity?", It becomes very clear that the strategy
is to destroy the confidence and support I have so the
Activity will implode, before we ever get through our legal
process. If the government were confident they would win they
wouldn’t even bother with the effort it takes to get my name
slandered as much as possible.
Every time I Google my own name I’m amazed at where my
case comes up. That’s why I always tell people to answer the
question for themselves before they ever accept the invitation
to participate. Once a person makes the choice and recognizes
that they do have a right to give and receive, the chaos no
longer has any control over them. But UNTIL they make the
choice one way or the other, they will run into opposition on
a regular basis.
I made the decision to take a stand for individual rights
and I hope and pray that I’m surrounding myself with people
who feel the same passion for inalienable rights as I do. The
truth is we don’t have any rights that we don’t demand for
ourselves. The government is not going to defend us in our
rights if they perceive that they are in some way loosing
control over people. Poverty is a planned, strategic, system
put in place many years ago by the "Elite" in
government, to get control of people. That’s what I believe
and if you do any research into the intention and
understanding of our founding fathers and the organization of
the Constitution, you will see that I’m right on in this
belief.
Abundant Wishes
Harvey J. Dockstader Jr.
P.S. When our country was born human beings were bought and
sold as property and only people with "Title" could
own land. This was all done within the "Law".
Individuals decided it was time for change and rallied
together to make a stand for "Right". We’ve seen
many examples throughout history where similar
"Movements" were born, most recently the right for
women to vote and the civil rights movement. I see Elite
Activity as another "Movement" to claim by right of
law, each individuals right to give and receive in a belief
system without interference from government.
