Is Giving Legal?
Yes! It has always been legal to give! Citizens of free countries around the world have a legal and Constitutional right to give property, cash, and other assets of value as established by law. In the United States we have the Preamble, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to protect a private citizen's rights to earn, pay taxes and give away property and cash as long as it is done according to the laws and codes of this country. In Gifting, individuals choose to give freely, and cannot lose money because a gift given unconditionally cannot be lost! You can’t lose what you give away! In Elite Activity we give freely expecting nothing in return from the recipient of the gift, and there are no promises or guarantees! Furthermore, the U.S. gifting law, found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511, states that one or more individuals can give a gift or gifts to another individual of up to $12,000 per calendar year without any tax liability being incurred by the recipient of the gift (see http://www.irs.gov/publications/p950/ar02.html). Since the taxes on the gift have already been paid and the gift is not given in exchange for a product or service, and it’s NOT an investment, these gifts are not required to be reported as gross income of the recipient (See 26 USC § 102).
What is the Elite Activity Belief System?
The Elite Activity is a "Private Activity", formally organized under the non-profit 501 (C) (3) status. Our belief system is born of the Intention to Empower. Our vision is to create the You and Me World by providing models and information where participants can have an actual experience of the truth that Abundance is created through giving. How Many Years has the Elite Activity Belief System Been in Existence?
The giving philosophy has been practiced for many centuries as a way to share wealth and bless the lives of others. This concept was tracked manually for many years until an exclusive on-line software system became available in February of 2001.
What is the Company?
Elite Activity is not a company, business, or Investment Club. We are a belief system, (simply individuals who believe in giving freely to one another unconditionally) with a pure intent to Empower! We are committed to teach people of all backgrounds that they can live an abundant life! We believe it’s a divine experience to give freely and unconditionally.
Who can Participate?
Elite Activity is a private activity and belief system. Invitations’ are shared by participants to individuals over 18 years of age, who have read and chosen in to our belief system. We believe anyone with a kind heart and a desire to bless others can participate in this activity.
Are There Any Fees For Participating?
Elite Activity does charge a fellowship subscription fee. This subscription fee covers costs associated with running the activity including the hardware, software, programming, maintenance, and service of not only the tracking system itself... but the 24/7 worldwide website and other support systems. Every participant is introduced to the Tracking Service the first time they enter their personal participant backroom. Each United States participant has a seven day grace period in which to subscribe before backroom services become inactive. International participants have a fourteen day grace period. There are several convenient payment options available for subscribing participants.
Do I Need a Computer to Participate?
A computer is not absolutely necessary but does make staying in touch much easier. Since Elite Activity utilizes an automated internet tracking system, some kind of Internet access is necessary. Extensive email systems are used to keep participants updated. For those who don’t have a computer, consider having a family member, friend, or Invitor, with a computer, help you get started. Please be sure it is someone you know, love and trust! In most areas, public libraries have Internet ready computers available to the public and staff who will teach you the basics of how to use them. As soon as you’re able, it’s a good idea to get your own internet access so you can be empowered with all the awesome services available in Elite.
Do I have to "Recruit" People?
In this Activity we simply "Share" an invitation or "Invite". We believe the first gift you receive is the Invitation itself. Elite Activity exists because participants truly grasp the spirit of "People Helping People". There is no need to "sell" or pressure anyone to participate. We believe our Elite Philosophy of "Living the Law of Abundance" through sharing is a time tested way to live. The Activity is for like minds who believe in the universal concept of "What You Give in Life Will Come Back Many Times Over".
What is a Personal Invitee?
A Personal Invitee is a person who has accepted an invitation to participate, from an Elite Participant. This is a real person or entity, who has accepted the activity agreements and beliefs, and chosen to be a systematic giver, receiver, and inviter, not just a name entered into the tracking system. If John, (a participant), invites Mary and she accepts, Mary becomes John’s personal invitee.
Who Do I Invite?
All participants are free to share this Good News with any like-minded person. Volunteers can direct you to additional resources designed to help find others of like mind. It would surprise you to hear how many folks have said..."I have been looking for something like this all of my life!" This Elite Philosophy of caring and sharing strikes a cord with so many people!
Am I Expected to Invite My Family and Friends?
We have many families who participate together and have created an abundant energy all around them. All those who accept the invitation should do so with the intention to empower and be an active participant in this belief system. We are about Education AND Inspiration! If your friends or family can embrace our belief system and choose in to being a gift we welcome them with open arms.
I am a participant in one of the Elite cycles, (Classic, Express, or Turbo), and would like to participate in the other cycles. Do I need more tracking subscriptions?
Absolutely not! One Id number will serve for all cycles, Elite Classic, Elite Express, and Elite Turbo. The only time you have more than one tracking subscription is if you have more than one Id number. We discourage participants having more than one ID number.
Can I re-invite active participants from other teams and have them connected to me with a new ID number?
No. All participants accept the activity agreements before participating. One of those agreements is to honor the inviter/invitee relationship and protect the integrity of the activity. Please remember….What we give out in life comes back multiplied!
Is It Okay for Elite Participants to Have Gatherings?
Elite Activity is a private belief system but our doors are open to all like-minded people regardless of age, race, belief, gender, education, financial status, geographical location, or sexual preference. Before any participant hosts a live gathering we ask that they contact Elite Activity Leadership through the "Contact Us" link and wait for a response back before hosting any private gatherings. The participant will be contacted by leadership to ensure that they are clear on how to host a correct gathering for this belief system. We have nothing to hide nor do we want to exclude anyone with a desire to actively bless others and live abundantly. As long as participants understand this belief system and can represent the activity in line with published agreements and beliefs listed on the www.eliteactivity.tv website, we are happy to support them in hosting private gatherings.
How Much Time Will I Have to Put Into This?
This is a personal choice. Since Elite Activity is not a business there are no quotas or requirements.. Each participant can be as active or as passive as desired. Please realize that the more each participant shares, the greater the potential to receive.
How Long May I Stay In One Cycle?
There is no time limit to inviting but access to the tracking and support system is available only through a current subscription. Support systems are in place to assist you with sharing an Invitation with others. With the support available, no participant should ever feel alone in this belief system. If you are not comfortable with extending invitations, this activity may not be for you.
How Many Cycles Can I Participate In At One Time?
This can be different with each model. In Elite Classic the process is completely automated once you make your first request. With Elite Express and Elite Turbo, you can request additional cycles as you complete your existing cycles. Be sure to check the FAQ for each model before choosing where you want to participate. You can choose to participate in all three at the same time if you so desire. We recommend that participants have ONE ID NUMBER in the Activity. One ID Number can potentially open the floodgates of abundance. With Elite Classic you will automatically be invited to move on to forward cycles, and re-entry cycles as long as you continue to participate.
What About My Privacy?
Since this is a private activity, the guidelines strictly prohibit participants from soliciting other participants for other interests, activities, or businesses. Furthermore, the contract with our data tracking service excludes them from sharing any participant’s data with other entities. Some participants also elect to use pseudo-names on their cycles for further anonymity. We also believe giving can and should be done in a discrete, respectful manner...embracing the spirit of giving with gentleness and kindness.
What is a Gifting Statement?
A Gifting Statement is a legal document clearly indicating that a gift given is indeed a gift and there is no expectation of a return. Similar statements are used when money is gifted to someone for a mortgage down payment or when a vehicle is given to another person. Since no money is being invested loaned or otherwise given with the promise of a return, each gift given must be accompanied by a gifting statement. You are encouraged to click on the Gifting Statement link and read through it before accepting the invitation or sending it to anyone.
What is a Non-Solicitation Statement?
This is a statement that each person who chooses to participate must sign and give to their inviter to signify that he/she was not pressured, enticed, or otherwise mislead into becoming an Elite Activity Participant. Each person interested in becoming a participant should first review all information on this website and get any questions or considerations addressed before accepting the invitation. Is Elite Activity a Pyramid?
No! Elite Activity is a belief system born of the intention to empower. Activity participants choose to exercise our individual rights to give and receiving acknowledging principles which govern the laws of abundance. One of these principles is found in Luke 6:38 (New Living Translation) which states; "If you give, you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full measure, pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, and running over. Whatever measure you use in giving—large or small—it will be used to measure what is given back to you."

How Do I Change My Password, Phone Number, Email Address, Name, Etc?
Log into your Backroom and click on My Information. Edit your information making all the changes you desire. Then click update at the bottom of the page. If you are not permitted to make any changes it is because you have not filled in ALL of the REQUIRED fields on the page. Once you have completely filled out the form you will be permitted to make the changes to your account information.
How Do I Get a Video or DVD?
At this time the Elite Activity does not endorse a video presentation of the Elite Philosophy. We plan to add professional Videos and DVD’s in the future as they come available.
On My Cycles I Have a Date Under My Name and No One Else Does.
This is so you have a record of when you arrived on the Cycle.
When I click on "Add an Invitee" or "Request a Cycle" nothing happens. Why?
You probably have an indiscriminant pop up blocker installed on your computer that is blocking this page. Try disabling the blocker to navigate through our site. There are blockers available that only block unwanted pop ups. Yours appears to be blocking everything. If you need further help please contact a computer specialist and have them assist you in approving the Elite Activity website in your pop up blocker program
How do I Add a New Participant to the Website?
You will find the support software user-friendly and simple to manage. The first step is make sure you are the inviter and in the inviters backroom. There will be pop up screens that tell you whose backroom you are in. Please do not ignore these pop ups! They are there to help you. The inviter cannot be changed if you make a mistake so please be sure you are inviting your new person from the correct backroom. If you happen to make a mistake just notify "Contact Us" to have the mistake deleted and re-do the process correctly from the inviters backroom. Click on "Add a New Invitee" and follow the directions.
Where Do I Go For help? How Can I talk With the Leadership?
Go to your backroom and click on "Contact Us" then send an email. Real people answer those emails and would love to assist you with your concerns. We also love your input and enthusiasm!
Can I Invite More Than Two People?
Yes! Yes! Yes! You could invite a hundred people and they could all be connected to your ID number. The software will always make sure they have a phase following you as long as you have an open cycle they’re requesting. Think how fast you could fly through these cycles if you had more than two invitees! Never give your invitees away. Although this concept comes from a good place in your heart, we are teaching people how to fish for a lifetime here...not throwing them a fish for a day. Remember...Our intention is to Empower!
How Long Do Inactive Participants Remain in Elite Activity?
We understand that personal situations change and sometimes participants are not able to stay active consistently. If a participant wants to voluntarily resign all they need to do is notify the activity through "Contact Us" or have their inviter notify on their behalf. Elite Activity strives to allow all participants the freedom to be active or in-active at will and our intention is not to remove anyone who has an interest in future activity. However, in an effort to support participants who are active Elite Activity reserves the right to remove inactive participants after ninety consecutive days of inactivity.
How Do I Send a Gift?
The Receiver in the inner circle should let you know in what form and how they would like to receive your gift. Please check with them before sending your gift. Always include a Gifting Statement, available on the website, with your gift. Also...be sure to include your ID number and activity name so the Receiver knows who to acknowledge for the fabulous gift.
